Eddie embarked on his journey in commercial real estate in 1996, initially cutting his teeth as a leasing agent and property manager. Over the years, he has honed his expertise, now specializing in retail and investment brokerage.
Blanton’s dedication to excellence was recognized early on when he earned the prestigious CCIM designation in 2001. Since then, he has been an active participant in the CCIM community, serving in various leadership roles:
• Attainment of CCIM Designation (2001)
• Presidency of the CCIM North Carolina Chapter (2010)
• Membership on the CCIM Institute Board of Directors (2013 – Present)
• Global Presidency of CCIM (2020)
In addition to his involvement in CCIM, Eddie is affiliated with esteemed organizations such as the National Association of Realtors, North and South Carolina Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS® (CRCBR).
Beyond his professional endeavors, Blanton is a devoted family man who relishes attending sporting and live music events. His commitment to community service shines through his establishment of The Blanton Foundation, a non-profit entity dedicated to providing financial support and volunteer assistance to local and regional charities.

Steve has leveraged his 38 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry to assist clients in creating, generating, and building wealth through commercial real estate. Having lived in the Charlotte Region for the past 45 years, his knowledge and experience of the area allows him to help others with their commercial real estate locations.
Specializing in restaurants, hospitality, and retail, he can help businesses and entrepreneurs obtain their individual and/or business goals with regards to site selection or identifying investment properties. Additionally, Steve assists his clients with their office, land, or light industrial needs.
He is a Member of the North Carolina CCIM Chapter, Charlotte’s CREW Chapter, The Carolina’s Referral Group (CRG) South Park, Industrial Networking Group (ING) of Shelby, Business Leaders of Charlotte (BLOC) North, and ICSC. As a part of the Blanton Commercial Team, he also has membership in the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), the North Carolina Realtors (NCR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Steve is currently pursuing his CCIM Designation as an active CCIM Candidate Member of the CCIM Institute. Steve is licensed in both North and South Carolina allowing him to serve Clients throughout the Carolina’s.
Hope brings over two decades of extensive accounting expertise to her role as a licensed North Carolina CPA. She holds a Master of Accountancy as well as a BS of Accounting, both earned from Kansas State University, solidifying her foundation in financial management. In addition to her accounting qualifications, Hope is also a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina.
Since 2010, Hope has been an integral part of the Blanton Commercial team, leveraging her dual expertise in accounting and real estate to provide invaluable insights and support. Her diverse skill set and unwavering commitment to excellence make her a trusted advisor, ensuring the financial success and growth of Blanton Commercial and its clients.

Tony started his real estate career in 2019 as a multifamily investor. Since then, he has been dedicated to growing his knowledge and skill set resulting in becoming a real estate licensee in 2021.
